Refrigerator leaks water on floor? It appears freezer drain is freezing up causing the problem. I have read there is a rubber nipple or grommet on drain that keep as getting clogged up that causes this problem. I also read there has been a improvement made to this part to help fix problem. Can you direct me as to where I can get this part and hopefully fix.

Hi Craig, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, we would recommend you check the freezer defrost heater, part number PS11738607. It melts frost from the evaporator fins during the automatic defrost cycle. If it is faulty, the ice will build-up and will melt and leak. We hope this information is useful!
