Practical repair for a person who is reasonably handy.
Glass unit delivered on time but no instructions provided. Based upon e-net etc. ...disconnect power, remove unit, put wood supports under unit on counter, remove knobs and screws, replace glass, BUT re-use temp decal from old unit !!! which is no longer available. Otherwise...great product/service.

Broke my cooktop when trying to remove it to install my new wall oven
It was very straight forward but don't forget to put the control decals back under the oven.
The partselect.com had the best price and was very easy to deal with....however, what you order is what you get.....there were no screws, directions, decals, ......just the cooktop.

I have a Jenn-Air cce3401 with a cracked glass top - is the glasstop cce3401b a replacement?
For model number CCE3401B
Hi Robert, Thank you for the question. Yes, the B on the model number is for the Black Glass. As long as the glass top you have is Black then the CCE3401B is the same appliance. Hope this helps!
