Wrong part
I ordered 2 each part # 12002709 ref: order # 11573088 and #11945987 each being received in a timely manner but both not packaged correctly. The number on the manufacturers container being correct, but the part was wrong. I returned both items and was asked if I wished to reorder. I declined and reordered from another vendor the same part # and received the correct part. It repaired my dishwasher and I am happy again. I am disappointed that I received the wrong part twice and understand how wrong parts get miss boxed. I only hope that your establishment can correct this issue . I have been notified that one of the items has already been credited to my account and am waiting for the second credit. I have no complaints with your phone personnel for the ordering and returns department, they were very nice, helpful, courteous and prompt. Thank You, Greg ps: the other supplier was cheaper!

no lights on front panel
Shut off power to dishwasher, remove screws holding panel to door , move panel enough to get to circuit board. Remove three nut drivers screws, unplug cables from circuit board. Remove circuit board by unsnapping from side ears, replace new circuit board, plug in cables. secure with screws, secure door panel. put power back to dishwasher.

A storm power surge "fried" the main circuit board
I separated the door from the interior door liner by unscrewing the "torx" screws along the edge of the door interior (about 12 screws). I unscrewed the circuit board cover and removed the old circuit board and disconnected the wiring harnesses that attached to the circuit board. I reconnected the wiring harnesses to the new circuit board
... Read more, put the circuit board back into its holder and cover and reattached the door liner to the door. I flipped the house circuit breaker for the dishwasher power on and turned the dishwasher on. It works like a charm!

Dishwasher wont start. The switches in the door latch appear to be working. How do i test the control board to see if thats the problem. I thought it could have been a timer problem but i dont see a timer in the parts list. For the last few months washer only started when it wanted to. Would have no lights for days then my wife would see lights, do her happy dance and it would run a full cycle. Now it hasnt started in over a week

Hi John,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately only a technician can really test an electronic control board. However I would suggest just quickly testing the ribbon between your touch pad and your board. Unplug your ribbon and using a multimeter test between the prongs of 6 and 10 on your ribbon. There should be a little arrow or number on one side of your ribbon. That will indicate that the prong next to that is number one. So you can work from there. If your ribbon is testing fine, then you will have to replace your control board. Good luck with your repair.

Hi Chris, thank you for your question. You may want to look at your float switch and your motor capacitor that might be the problem. You should be able to test those parts with a multi meter to check if they are working correctly. Otherwise it may be your board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Lights on control panel are all flashing at once. Washer starts and then stops for a few seconds and keeps starting and stopping. Shut power off to try to reset for 5 min. And washer continues to do the same thing ??
thank you !

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. If the lights are all blinking and the dishwasher is shutting off and on, the issue may be the heating element. If the water temperature is not getting as high as it should, this can cause the lights on the control panel to go on and off. I would also check the door latch and the electronic control board as well to see which part is causing the issue. To test the parts, you will need to use a multimeter. If you are not sure how to use one, here is a link to one of our videos from YouTube that you may reference on how to use a multimeter, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWC44fHn0As. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello Edward, thank you for your inquiry. The two suggestions are to replace the Door Latch Assembly PS11748729 or the Electronic Board PS2004004. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
Dishwasher turns on and runs a full cycle by itself. There are no lights illuminating that shows it’s in a delay start, it just starts.
For model number MDB7600AWB
Hello and thank you for writing.
When your dishwasher turns on by itself, it is nothing to be alarmed about, there is actually a very simple explanation. The capacitive touch buttons on your dishwasher are very sensitive. While loading and unloading the dishwasher, brushing ( maybe a cat ) against the control panel could set a cycle.
If that is not the case then the control board PS2004004might be faulty and needs to be replaced.
We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
