One burner will not shut off. I've unplugged the stove and when unplug it back in, the burner is still on. What part do I need to replace?
For model number CEW30EF6GSF
Hello George, Thank you for the question. This is more then likely a defective burner control switch that controls the burner you are having the issue with. Hope this helps!

My Electrolux stove shows a code f14 on control panel and does not reset which part of control do I need to replace.
For model number ew30gf65gsh
Hello Bill, Thank you for the question. The Error code F14 is a communication error. I suggest checking all connections to make sure they are secure and not worn or damaged. If the wiring is good, you may need a new Control Board, PartSelect Number PS2378981. Hope this helps!

Oven is getting an F15 code. Is it the Control board or the Relay board?
For model number EW30EW65GS6
Hi Larry,
Thank you for your question. The F15 error code indicates that the oven controller is not receiving a synchronization signal from the relay board. The most common reason for this to appear would be an open thermal fuse. If you have recently self-cleaned the oven, then the issue is likely the thermal fuse. The thermal fuse will found on the back panel. It will usually have a square red button on it. Press the button to see if the oven starts heating and working normally. If not, you will need to check the electronic control board. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
