great part and speedy delivert
Excellent part direct fit and replacement with speedy delivery!!! Online exploded view showed mechanics on how to easily remove the part and install new one. This is just the part with no replacement instructions or wiring diagrams. These are standard spade connections you might need a needle nose pliers to pull off the old connections.
Would recommend first time DIY'ers either make a diagram on the connections and wire colors at each connection point or just move the connections from the old part to the new part one at a time. Do not ever pull all the connections off during a repair unless you have an electrical schematic indicating what wire goes where!!!!

Will this fix the heating element not maintaining a constant temp? My burner is staying too hot.
For model number JBS55DM5BB
Hello Robert, thank you for your question! Are you referring to one of the elements in the oven, or one of the ones on the stove top? If it is for the stove top, then this is likely the part you will need to replace. Ensure you are purchasing the correct one based on the position the burner is in on the stove! If it is the oven, you will likely need to replace the element itself, or the temperature sensor. We hope this helps!

The switch to my large/small right front burners is broken. Can it be replaced?
For model number JB400DP3WW
Hi Ruthie ,
Thank you for the question. You will need the Dual Burner Control Switch PartSelect Number PS236780.
Hope this helps!
The Front left burner has the small and large burners. The large one does not turn on. I replaced the element twice and it still does not turn on the large burner. What is my next move. Thanks

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your question. If you have replaced the left-front burner and the outer section of the element does not light, the issue may be with the burner switch that controls it or there could be an issue with the wiring or the terminal block. We have included a link from our website that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi all, I have a range and there is a warning light that says the burner is still hot and it won't turn off even after the burners have been off for a long time. Is this the part to get to fix that? thanks!
For model number JPB65DM2BB
Hello Mark, Thank you for the question. The most commonly replaced part is the switch that controls the element that was in use when the light came on. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

My renter says the switches are sparking when cut on can i replace the switches to correct the problem?
For model number JBS55DM2WW
Hello, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you’re looking for is Part Number: PS1765836 and Part Number: PS1765835 for the switches. The appliance has 2 of each. If you wish to place an order, please feel free to contact customer service and we will be happy to help you!
I have removed the surface burner switch for the left front burner (it doesn't get any power). I see that it is part 19 on your diagram, which is part number wb24t10145. However, when I removed the old one, it has part # wb24t10146 imprinted on it. Are they both the same? Or should I order the same thing that is on the oven, currently?

The front left burner would not turn off or reduce in heat. Eventually i got it to turn off after turning it to the off position a couple of times. Then I was able to control the burner temperature. I feel that the burner control might be defective and want to replace it to avoid future problems. The diagram is confusing. Is the required part P/N 1765835 or 2339825 if it's the control that needs to be replaced.
For model number JB660 M2 BB
Hi Robert, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend to replace the burner control switch, part number PS2339825, to fix the issue. It turns the left surface burner on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. Glad to be of assistance!
