Circuit board replacement
Took a gamble on ordering this part since I wasn’t able to get a specific answer to my inquiry. The display wouldn’t light up regardless of what steps I took. The part came in a timely manner, easy to install and most importantly, took care of the problem. During this failure, the top burners still worked so I was confident that the circuit board was the problem. Thanks PS.

the burners and oven wont heat up but before that it kept beeping and flashing a FO 11ERR WOULD IT BE THE CONTROL PANEL
For model number #JGB660SPSS
Hello Wendy, thank you for your inquiry. The F11 error code is a shorted key error. The control board is sensing a stuck or shorted key on the touch membrane. First, simply press the cancel key to clear the code. The error may have been caused by just holding down a key too long by mistake. If this does not help, reset the electronics by killing power to it at the breaker/fuse panel on your home for one full minute, then restore power. If after that the problem persists, replace the overlay, part number PS16219501. Glad to be of assistance!
