If some of the buttons on the touchpad work, but the clock and other buttons do not work, is the problem most likely the control panel?

Hello JB, Thank you for the question. In most cases if some buttons work and others do not, the Control Panel, Part Number: PS1480894 will need to be replaced, but if the clock is not working, the Smart Board would be defective, Part Number: PS1481243. Hope this helps!

I can put time in with the buttons that work whan i hit am/pm it`s not working

The entire control panel blinked and when out when using the microwave. Nothing comes back on. Checked fuse box and everything is on.
