Heavy duty white nylon piece. Very easy repair. Steps: 1. Remove the glass place by hand. 2 Remove the old turntable drive piece by pulling straight up by hand. 3. Install the new turntable drive by lining up the flat side with the "D" shaped hole on the new piece. 4. Press down the new piece by hand after lining up the "D" shaped hole. 5. Replace the glass turntable plate and line it up on the turntable support piece that has tiny wheels. 6. Rotate the turntable enough to allow it to sit properly on the new drive piece.
