Why does the tub not fill with very little water is it the water psi switch
For model number GTW335ASN0WW
Hello Phillip, Thank you for the question. If the water is not filling to the proper level, we suggest checking the Hose that leads to the Pressure switch. Make sure there is no build up preventing the water from passing through. If the hose is clear and the switch needs to be replaced, the board would need to be ordered as the switch is build into the Control Board. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
My washing machine does not fill up properly. It only fills a quarter of the way no matter if you select med, large or xl loads.
Also, hot water is not coming into the basin. Only cold. I have checked the screen and hoses, no debris and the water flows freely through the hoses. Tested in a bucket.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you.

Hi Jeff, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, make sure your water pressure from the main is good; if it is, the issue is probably with the water inlet valve assembly, part number PS12726769. If the issue remains, we suggest inspecting the main control board, part number PS16874148. If it is faulty, replace it. We hope this is helpful!
Replaced the water inlet valve and now only hot water fills the tub even when water temperature is set to cold or tap cold.
Thank you,
Brian

Hi Brian, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you check the selector switch, part number PS16217193. The temperature of the wash/rinse water is controlled by the selector switch, which reads the incoming water temperature through a thermistor in the water valve. We hope this is helpful!
