So the microwave won't stop turning when I shut the door and the light stays on. I've replaced the relay board and I've tested all the door switches. I have no idea why the unit wants to turn the turntable motor and leave the light once I shut it the door.

My oven overheats but the display keeps showing temperature at 100. I replaced the thermostat but no joy. Seems like the control board must be fried, but not sure which control board is for the oven. Can you advise?
Thank you

Hello Fred, thank you for the question. According to our research, we would recommend checking the temperature sensor for continuity. If this is not the issue, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS12722613, to fix the issue. It manages the functions of the wall oven, such as heating and temperature. We hope this information helps!
