Where can I find written instructions for replacing this new tube, part number PS12710855, on my load and go washing machine since I think the existing one may be plugged?
For model number WFW5620HW0
Hello Teri, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, you may need to remove the back panel by unthreading all the screws. After removing the panel, you will gain access to the tube which is next to the drain pump. Unthread the screw securing the tube in place. Pull the tube outward and replace it with the new one. We hope this helps!
