What is the ohm range for this thermistor. My mini split unit is cooling way past the set point and then continues to cool so I am assuming the thermistor is bad.

Hello Chris, thank you for reaching out. A thermistor shows continuity at room temperature, meaning very low resistance close to zero. To determine if the thermistor is at fault, use a multimeter to test it for continuity at room temperature. If the thermistor, part number PS7792310, does not have continuity, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps.
