Read out on Freezer Door Failed.
Ordered New Temp. Read-out Panel, upon receipt, 1st. unplugged freezer from electrical power, 2nd. used door panel plastic removal tool to remove old panel from freezer. Installed new panel, plugged in freezer, op's checked new control panel. Checked out good. Put freezer back into service. JWH

HOW CAN I TELL IF THIS PART NEED TO BE REPLACED

Hello Spencer, Thank you for the question. It would depend on the issue you are having with the appliance. This part controls the temperature of the appliance. If the appliance temperature is off or if the display is not powering on, you may have a defective Control. We hope this helps!
