This range was purchased from a sears outlet in livonia mi.The range was delivered without vital parts.the missing vital parts include the vent blower and the blower motor capacitor. the retailer is working to locate/replace the missing parts.
why would a product be packaged such that all parts are either inside the range or physically attached to the outside.
very poor design and packaging !

What would cause the down draft blower on the oven to not come on?
