Will not start. How do i diagnose. The control board is over $350. I’m thinking it may be the start button.

Hello and thank you for writing.
We suggest to try a hard reset:
Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully clear this problem.
If this does not fix this problem then your door lock assembly PS12704713 might be faulty, you should check the part(s) for signs of damage or test with a multimeter, and replace the part(s) as needed. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
There are no lights on my washer but it seems to be stuck in drain mode. Pump keeps running but it’s not lighting up

Hello Mary, thank you for contacting us. It sounds like your washer is in flood mode. You may need to reset the washer by unplugging it for 60 seconds and then plugging back. After resetting, give it 20 minutes to finish its flood mode sequence. The drain pump will continue to run until the sequence is finished. Once it is done, the drain pump will shut off and you can use the washer like normal. If the issue persists, then you may need to check the control board, part number PS12348137, to solve the problem. We hope this helps.
