My fridge is at high setting (GE) of 9 on the freezer side. The freezer is barely freezing or items are defrosting. The coils are not frozen over but noticed that only the bottom 2 3 coils are freezing...so i need to replace the coils? model gss25sgpess.....
For model number Gss25sgpess
Hi Jorge,
Thank you for your question. If the freezer section is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the defrost thermostat, the temperature sensor, the electronic control board, the defrost heater and bracket assembly, the condenser fan motor, the dispenser door flapper, the evaporator fan motor and the dispenser door solenoid. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Would a bad evaporator system cause small pools of water to appear?
For model number PSS26LGRBB
Hello Michael, thank you for inquiring. The leaking could be caused by either the Dual Inlet Water Valve part PS304374, the Water Tank Assembly part PS783769, or the Plastic Tubing part PS292878. We hope this helps.
