Water hose does not thread onto water connection as it should. What part number is the water connection on the back of the washer. Is there a schematic showing how to repair this connection.

Hello Ailene, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is PartSelect Number PS11729481. The Valve has the connects that the water inlet hoses would screw onto. Hope this helps!
My WASHER IS NOT FILLING UP TO THE CORRECT WATER LEVEL WHEN I PUT IT ON MED OR LARGE LOAD IT ONLY FILLS FOR SMALL LOADS. ALSO IT WONT RUN HOT WATER IN WHEN I TURN THE SETTING TO HOT.

Hi Gwendolyn, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the following parts: selector switch, part number PS12754096, control knob, part number PS11726904, and water inlet valve, part number PS12726769. If checking these does not help, then you may need to replace the control board, part number PS16874148. We hope this sorts out your problem!
