It's fixed!
I was skeptical at first because there was no picture of the part and it was slightly different looking than our old part. But it fit perfectly and runs great! Install took me and my husband about 2 hours. We are new to appliance repair and it was still pretty straightforward with the youtube video. Way better than paying someone more to repair the dishwasher than it is to buy a new one.

Hello I have a dishwasher that does not wash dishes. In fact when I open the door I see that the soap has dropped out of the soap dispenser and is just sitting in the washer. No cleaning. The repair guy told me something about a motor failure. If I purchased replaced the pump motor assembly unit, would that fix the problem or should I go for another smaller part? Where should I start?
For model number WDTA50SAHZ0
Hello Bright, Thank you for the question. This sounds like the Dishwasher Pump and Motor Assembly is not circulating the water up tot he spray arms allowing the water to spray onto the dishes to clean them. We hope this helps!

The sprayers inside of my dishwasher aren't working, i've cleaned out the drains and it still does not work. What part would i need to get the sprayers working again?
For model number wdta5osahzo
Hello Jason, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing/replacing the diverter motor first, PartSelect Number PS5136127. The diverter motor moves the diverter disc into position so the disc can direct water through the upper spray arms. If the diverter motor is fine the issue could be the circulation pump PartSelect Number PS12070585. I hope this helps!

Dishwasher is 2 yrs. old. Water goes in but cycle hangs up after that and just sits there without water spraying around. No noise during this time. Able to drain water using the button on the front so that pump seems to be working.

Hi Debbie, thank you for reaching out. You may need to replace the circulation pump, part number PS16744934. We hope this helps!
Kicks the breaker when plug into the power reception socket.
For model number 665.1454n711
Hello Frank , Thank you for your inquiry. A Kenmore dishwasher will trip your breaker when there is excessive current detected in the dishwasher’s circuits, usually caused by damaged wires or parts. Check the internal wiring for any visible damage or loose connections. We also recommend checking the door latch, the power cord, the heating element, the pump, and the control board. Good luck with your repair.
Whirlpool dishwasher, Fills, drains and pumps water from side port during sanitation rinse but does not spin spray arms, I've already checked the arms and there are no blockages.

Hello, I have a 3 yr old dishwasher that isn’t pumping water to any racks. Any idea what is wrong. Thanks

Hello Lori, thank you for contacting us. We would suggest checking the spray arms for any clogging as with the passage of time they get clogged either by food waste or hard water remains. If this does not resolve your issue, then you may need to replace the circulation pump motor, part number PS12070585. Glad to be of help!

dishwasher will fill and drain but nothing is getting clean. seems to run through the entire cycle, even dispensing the dish tab, but nothing is spraying
For model number WDT750SAHZ0
Hello Todd, thank you for your inquiry. Please inspect the manifold, part number PS11753224, and make sure it is not blocked because it connects the spray arm to the water feed tube. Also, clean the orifices of all the spray arms to ensure that they are not clogged by debris. A defective water pump, part number PS12074533, can also cause this problem as it pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
