Hi Steve, Thank you for your question. Before you begin any repair please unplug turn the circuit breaker off for the dishwasher. Once the power to the dishwasher has been tuned off, your first step will be open the door all the way and to remove the screws securing the control panel and pull the panel off. Depress the tabs to release control board cover. Use a flat head screw driver to release the tab through the bottom of the panel. Detach the ribbon connector and use a screwdriver to detach the tab to release the control board. Depress the tabs to release the door latch assembly and remove the old control panel and touchpad. You can nor install the new control panel and touchpad. Follow the steps in reverse and once everything has been reinstalled, restore power to the dishwasher. Your dishwasher should now work for you.
