Where does this part part number go? The part appears to be part of the dispensing unit. It has a long-flat extension attached to a square effect that two sliding guides and is imprinted front. I should have paid closer attention in cleaning and removing the parts for cleaning. Please help. ????

Hi James, Thank you for the question. The switch is located on the top of the soap dispenser at the back. Hope this helps!

Getting F-11 error code, Replaced Main Board, Inspected wiring at all connections, Inspected wires to Motor control board, all good.
Washer is giving F-11 code on any cycle during the soap dispenser action.
Thinking that the dispenser actuator (PS11757032) is the issue. Can you confirm? Also, does the dispenser actuator motor include the proving switches?
The actuator does move, but it seems to be erratic.
Thank you,
For model number 110.42924203
Hello Rick, thank you for contacting us. F11 means that your main central control board (CCU) and the motor control board (MCU) are not communicating with one another properly. If everything looks good, then you just have to guess which control board you want to replace first, either the MCU or the CCU. The problem is that there is no way to test and determine which part is faulty, so it is just a guessing game. That being said, on these older units, we find the CCU to fail the most, so that is what you should replace first. The control board, part number PS11744962. If it does not help, you will need to replace the user interface board, part number PS11744914. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
I am getting a FH error code, I have change flow meter still getting the same error. Cleaned skin filter at water entry. what else can be wrong. have old hoses should I change them?
For model number GHW9400SU0
Hi Mike, thank you for reaching out. As you have already replaced most of the parts that can cause the FH code and the issue still exists. We would recommend replacing the water inlet valve, as it can also be the symptom. The part number is PS11745050. We hope this sorts out your problem!
