Temp control will not adjust
For model number YWED75HEFW1
Hello Gary, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, this issue can be due to a faulty thermostat or knob. To check the thermostat for continuity, use a multimeter to test the thermostat's resistance by setting it to the RX 1 setting. Place each of the meter's probes onto the wire terminals. You should receive a reading of 0. The fact that the resistance is low, or near 0, means that the electrical flow is good. If the meter does not indicate 0 but reads infinity, your thermostat is faulty. To fix this issue, we recommend checking the following parts: timer knob, part number PS11738143, console housing, part number PS11754108, and thermostat, part number PS11746740. We hope this solves your problem.
