My oven is working fine, and seems to be getting up to temp okay. When we set it at a temp, and it reaches that temp, it does not sound an alert like it use to. The timer beeps and we get other sounds from key pad presses etc. Any idea which part may be responsible for preventing the alert that the oven has pre-heated?

Hello Dan, Thank you for your inquiry. If you've made sure that the pre-heat chime is not turned off (by checking under options), then I would try unplugging the oven for 2 minutes and plugging it back in. If it still does not turn on, you may have to replace the control board. Hope this helps!

Upper oven element won’t work even after changing it? Could it be the circuit board. Thanks Phil
For model number KEBS278SSS04
Hi Phil,
Thank you for your question. If the new broil element is not working after installing it, the element could be either defective or there is something else in the oven that is causing the issue. You will need to check the broil element, the temperature sensor, the electronic control board, the terminal block and the wiring between the parts to see what is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The board is attached with the display board in two parts joined by two cables. At the moment, there's not display but there electricity to the range. Is this the likely culprit, needing to replace the control board?

Hi Minh, thank you for your question! You will need to replace the control board, part number PS11747371. We hope this helps.
