Water line cracked at the water valve and was leaking
I took off the broken tube and attempted to order a new one with the confusing we sight at parts.com- after 3 attempts I finally got the right part with help from the operator at parts . Com( nice and helpful) but had to ship wrong parts ( the 2 wrong ones) back. The parts were of good quality and we're not hard to put on

Hello, I think I have a leak in the compression fitting of the old water inlet valve. I noticed that the old style tubes have a wider male connector with a molded bezel. Is there a reducer to change pipe size (5/16") I have a replacement part that has a yellow compression fitting with p1 written on it? The solenoid seems to work fine, but fine mist sprays from the fitting. thanks.

Hi Adam, Thank you for the question.Unfortunately the only way to replace the fitting on this model is to replace the water inlet valve.PartSelect Number PS11751331. Hope this helps!

I have a water tube that has an elbow at one end and runs under the unit to the front right corner under the freezer door and a large crack formed in the elbow itself at the back of the unit. The water tube i need to replace is approximately 31 inches in length. I understand the manufacturer replaced this part with a new part number that is w10277956. Can you confirm that this part is the one i need. I can send a picture of the damaged part that has been removed if necessary. Thanks i’m advance for your help!

We purchased Model GSF26C4EXA00 and there is a water tube coming down from the top left of the back of the fridge. It looks like it connects to the water filter but we cannot see where it connects to at the bottom by the ice maker connections.

Hello Mary, Thank you for the question. This tube runs from the filter, up the back of the appliance through a hole and has a spout that releases water into the Ice Maker Mold. We hope this helps!

What is the difference between water tubing PS11751802 and PS11751803? I need the one that comes from the green socket of the dual water inlet valve.
