Works as expected
Part was in a good condition and easy to install. I had some delivery issues. My first order was lost but thanks to Partselect they refunded me. I re ordered and again it was delivered to another address but thankfully UPS was able to retrieve it and delivered the next day.

Have a tube that connects from the back lower right (from a valve) to the front door tube that runs up the door.Ends of this tube connect to a something like a compression fitting with yellow color.Part number on the tube is w10437847 which I understand does not have an elbow on it anymore. The ends of tube I have has are smaller than the main tube diameter so they fit into the compression fittings on each end. Is the tube I am inquiring about the replacement for the tube I have? Are the ends smaller in diameter so they fit into the connector fittings on each end?I have been round and round with appliance parts store and just want to find the right part so I can use the ice maker and water and it wont leak anymore. Thanks,Randy

Hi Randy, Thank you for the question. This tube is a updated part so it will be a bit different from the one on the appliance. The only difference will be the tube is no longer made or requires the elbow. The ends of the tubing is still the same and will work on your appliance without issues. Hope this helps!

How do you remove the tube (part # wpw10238092) from the water inlet valve? The old version is cracked on our unit. Is there a locking mechanism or does it just pull off?

Hello Cindy, Thank you for your inquiry. You would need to depress the cap when the line goes into to release it. Hope this helps!
