Easy repair, 2 people make it even easier
Part arrived in great condition, thanks to the packaging.
Repair steps:
1) turn off power and pull stove out from wall.
2) remove the 10 screws from sides and back holding top down.
3) lift front of top gently and unplug the 4 harnesses.
4) remove top assembly. Remove the screws holding down the burners. Remove the vent and install on new top.
5) shift the burner assembly to the new top. Replace the screws, loosely at first, then tighten after all are in place.
6) reinstall the top assembly by reversing steps 1-3.
Congratulations!

removed and replaced cracked cook top. Job went well, but FedEx broke the first two cook tops delived. Suggest the box be marked "Glass - Fragile".
