Hello Zachary, Thank you for the question. This sounds like an issue with a defective Oven Control Clock/Timer board, PartSelect Number PS11749720. Hope this helps!

The oven came on by it self and got very hot and would not shut off. I had to flip the breaker on the main electrical panel. Any idea why?
Thanks.

Hi David,
Thank you for your question. If your oven turns on by itself, a relay on the electronic control board may be stuck, or you have a malfunctioning temperature sensor or control panel. You will need to inspect these parts to see which one is causing the issue. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
All top elements work well at max but all fail to turn down to lower temperatures and control at that level. All 4 operate in the same flawed way. The stove also fails to maintain a temperature after heating to that temperature. To me it sounds like the control board due to the commonality of the failed operation

Hello Paul, thank you for reaching out. This error code indicates that there may be a problem with the touchpad or the associated wiring. Make sure that the wire connections are not loose or faulty. If this is not the issue, then you may need to replace the touchpad, part number PS11747328, to solve the problem. Glad to be of assistance!
