Fabric softener dispenser not working..parts are pump or agitator cap /seal. how could seal be the problem also can i replace the pump?
For model number WTW6200VW0
Hi Victor, Thank you for your question. Depending on the type of water you have going into your appliance, seals and gaskets can wear down over time. You would have to physically inspect that part to know if you would need to replace it. You would be able to replace the pump. I have listed that part down below for you. When you click on the link it will take you to the information page where there will also be an instructional video to help you with installation. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
This will not go to wash. It goes from 45 minutes to 3 minutes and then goes to the OL error code. Can you help?
For model number MTW6600TB0
Hello Bob,
Thanks for your question. Check if there is any clothing trapped between the tubs. If not, there could be rust caused by using non-HE detergents. If neither of those are problematic, it could be an issue with the motor itself.
I hope this helps.
