Rinse cycle the washer wont fill for rinse
For model number MET3800TW2
Hello Eddy, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the hose clamp, the hoses-make sure there are no kinks and that there is plenty of room for them behind the machine, the water inlet valve, the timer, and the lid switch. Since the rinse cycle runs on cold water, there may be an issue with that side of the water inlet valve. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. Hope this helps!

Fills stops and does not agitate
For model number MGT3800TW2
Hi Russell, Thank you for the question. Sounds like the timer is not going through the cycles. You can try to manually turn the knob to the next cycle to see if it starts. If so, the timer switch will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!
