How do you remove this part?
For model number sf310pekw1
Hi Ron, Thank you for the question. Once you remove the burner cap the base will just lift up and off the cooktop. Hope this helps!

My cleaning lady lifted the top to clean. Now the back two burners seated back and light but the two front ones do not. They do not "seat" what can i do myself?

Hello Pamela, thank you for your question. We would recommend removing the burners from the tubes and lifting the top back up to see if something is not aligned underneath. One of the tubes may be twisted or bent. I hope this helps!
