Oven won't heat up all the way. Sometimes it will heat up but once you open the door it will not heat back up to set temperature. Than sometimes it will work for days before it acts up. Help please
For model number KDRP463LSS08
Hi John,
Thank you for your question. I would suggest testing your element and your temperature sensor inside of your appliance first. You can test both of those parts with a multi meter to check. If both of those parts are fine, it may be your oven control that is the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

My double wall oven takes almost 25 minutes to preheat with no food in it. Is this normal? If not, what could be wrong with it?
For model number KEBS207SSS00
Hello Theresa, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Temperature Sensor, PartSelect Number PS11748765. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. Hope this helps!
