Finally fixed it after 6 months!
Exactly like the original one. Everything fit nice and snug together to have a washer we don’t have to worry about falling apart when we use it. Should have fixed it sooner but was too busy with other things.

I recently bought a 4392067 Dryer Repair kit for my Kenmore 11067761600 dryer, Order# 22897520. I have a top mounted control console that has 2 control panel end caps WP 8559501 PS# 11746464. In the instructions included in the Repair kit, item 2 says: "Some models will have end cap trim pieces that will need to be removed first" but gives no instructions on how to remove them. I looked at the picture of the part on your website which shows 2 holes on the bottom which I assume are for screws to mount it to the dryer top. How do I get to those holes/screws? I can send you pictures of what I'm looking at if you tell me how.
For model number Kenmore
Hello Rick, thank you for reaching out. We have attached some relevant instructions, which may not be of the exact same model, but will help you while removing the control panel end caps. You just need to un-thread the screws holding the control panel assembly. You will have access to the screws holding the end caps. Un-thread the screws to remove the end caps. We hope that helps!
