I need help knowing what parts i will need to order. My stove's problem is the number pad doesn't work and the controls for bake, broil, convect, oven light, fan, cancel, other touchpad buttons don't work either. My clock is working, but i can't change the time.

Hi Bill,
Thank you for your question. If the touchpad is not responding, you will need to check the oven sensor with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. When testing the sensor with a multimeter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. If it checks our fine, you will need to check the electronic control board. I hope this helps. My control panel only half works. The vent, convection buttons do not work at all. Then off and on my number keyboard will work and then some days it will not. Will this fix the issue? I know you can’t guarantee but it seems like everything points to this. Do you have a return policy?

Touch pad control respond and work correctly but lightning is poor, very hard to read digits.

Hi Tony, Thank you for the question. The Electronic Clock Oven Control only controls the oven. The stove top burners are controlled by the switches that sit behind the knobs for each burner. hope this helps!

Oven controls won't work.
If I unplug the unit I get codes: EE214 M214
When initially I pressed either of them it would work for a while but then stop again. Is there any reset button combo?
