My washing machine will turn on and spin one time to check the balance of load then when it goes to fill the machine with water, all it does is make a clicking sound. What could be the reason for that?

Hello Candace, Thank you for contacting us. We suggest testing the Water Valve. Set your multitester to the ohms resistance scale X 1. Place each of the meter's probes to one terminal. Because the reading can vary from brand to brand and from model to model, there is no one reading you should receive. However, if your test produces a reading of infinity, then the solenoid is bad and the water valve should be replaced. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Error code F8E2, I’ve replaced the CCU, cleaned the dispenser, checked the mechanical linkage, confirmed continuity of DI6 and watched the dispenser motor move the diverted valve move through all positions. The quick diagnostics finishes without errors but when I do a cycle it stops at step 14 of 17 with F8E2 dispenser actuator failure. Is there a specific motor that drives the dispenser actuator? Any tips?
