My washer fill up but will not agitate until i lift the lid up and drop it hard then it will start to agitate. Do i need to order the door switch i see listed? Thank you
For model number LSQ9010PWO
Hello Christine, Thank you for your inquiry. I would advise checking the lid bumper first, if that is intact, you can test the lid switch with a multimeter to see if it has continuity. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. You may also have a faulty wire connection as well. I would open the console and check the wires going from the switch to the control board and timer for any visible damage. Hope this helps!

How does this part attach to appliance
For model number 11022932102
Hi Charles, Thank you for the question. The switch is held to the bottom of the top panel by 2 screws and tabs on the switch its self. You will also need to disconnect the wire harness. Good luck with your repair!
