Convct oven fan stopped spinning. Maybe it is loose from sliding it out to clean in the back of oven. What is the best way to check. Go thru the back by taking back panel off?

Fan works but makes a clicking sound as if the fan blade is hitting something. Does the Parts Select PS11742578 solve this issue?
