Spin cycle . The drum spins out of balance. There is a triangle plate in the base support that is free floating, not connected to anything! I found one single pin with a flat side and cotter pin hole approx. 2 in. Long, also 2 empty plastic container tubs connected to base support . Can't find anything like them in parts schematics ! Washer works fine other than out of balance spin!!!!! what is missing???????

Hello Scott, thank you for writing. This Suspension Plate part number PS11742001 is the part you are referring to on your model. It comes with the three pins for it, they are not sold separately. Good luck with your repair!

What are the pins for on part #PS11742001? These do not show up on any parts diagrams that I've seen.
