I've cleaned everything out but dishwasher still won't drain which part or parts do i need to replace and is it worth fixing or better to go with a new machine. Thank you
For model number DU800SWKQ0
Hello Sean, thank you for your question. I would recommend checking the Impeller and Seal Kit Part Number: 4386996, Pump and Motor Assembly Part Number: WPW10247394 as well as the Collector Assembly with Check Valve Part Number: WP8520839. The collector and check valve prevent water from coming back into the unit during and after the drain cycle. If the unit isn't kicking into the drain cycle at all, then I would recommend replacing the drain pump. I hope this helps!
