Parts arrived in a timely manner and repairs easy to do. I have a good 'do-it-yourself' repair man but feel I could have done the repair myself by watching informative installation video..

How do I remove and re-install my new ice dispenser lever?
For model number ED2FHEXMQ00
Hello Eric,
Thanks for your question. Unplug the fridge before doing any work on it. Remove the front cover of the dispenser by removing the locking tabs with a putty knife with tape at the end. Put the knife up and under the cover to release the tabs. Lift up on it to remove the panel. There is a wiring harness
you can then remove via a clip. With the front cover off, remove the smaller panel by unscrewing
the Phillips screws. You may want some tape to tape the small panel out of the way. Remove a screw holding down the right-side arm of the lever. Lift the arm and pull it out. Pull the pin out of the left side of the door, then use a screwdriver to help flex the arm out. Reach up and disconnect the black barrel held in place via tension, then put it through the arm. Reverse this process to install the new part, and put the plastic piece on the new part from the old one.
I hope this helps.

Hi Gary, Thank you for your question. The stock status for parts is always listed below the Add to Cart button on our site underneath the part information that you will see above the question and answer section. If you are not sure what a stock status means, you can click on it and a separate window will appear with the explanation for what that status means. When you search that part number that you have on our site it will take you to the part. I have also linked it below for you. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
