Ice is forming around the bottom of the Ice Dispenser Container. The Container does not seem to connect properly.

Hi Larry,
Thank you for your question. If warm air gets inside the refrigerator, it can cause the ice to melt slightly and as it refreezes, the ice will stick together and eventually form an ice block. Warm air can get inside if the door is left open too long or if the door is not sealing correctly. Check to make sure that the refrigerator is level and check for any obstructions that may prevent the container from sitting properly inside the refrigerator. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
