All the lights are on at the same time and the washer won't start
For model number CAE2743BQ0
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. You could try unplugging your appliance from the power for about 5 minutes and then plugging your appliance back in again. If you still have the problem, then you will need to replace your control board. Good luck with your repair.

The “sensing load” light comes on, and the washer begins to fill with water, but the water only runs for about 20 seconds and then stops. When the washer was empty it ran through a whole cycle except for the final spin, but with a small load in it the machine won’t go past “sensing load”. That light went out after about 10 minutes, and about five minutes after that the discharge pump came on and ran for about 5 minutes. Only a small amount of water came out, and i checked hose for blockages. After the pump shut off the “sensing load” light, the “rinse” light and the “done” light all came on at the same time. Any ideas?

Hello Drew, thank you for your question. It sounds like there may be an issue with the pressure switch or pressure hose. We would recommend replacing those parts first. The pressure switch is part of the board PartSelect Number PS11737994. If the issue persists, the problem could be with the lid switch. I hope this helps!

I'm trying to find the serial number and p/n number for the above model for the main control board
For model number WTW4880AW0
Hi Bridgette,
Thank you for your question. I have attached the link to the part down below for you. Good luck with your repair.
I used to have the issue where, after a load, all lights would be on and the machine would eat quarters and not start until after the machine was reset via diagnostics mode. I replaced the control board, and the machine worked flawlessly for maybe six months, but now it's having the same issues again, but worse. It seems like the machine needs to be reset twice and then it works again. What could the issue be?

Hello Kenny, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you checking the control panel, part number PS7320635, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
