I have water getting into the soap tank. Its supposed to last 12 loads or so until it needs refilling but it never goes empty because some water is getting into the tank. Eventually it's just water in the soap tank. This doesn't have a soap cup. What might be causing this?
For model number MHW8200FW0
Hello Samuel, thank you for writing. This sounds like the Distribution Nozzle, part number PS11744916, that sits below the upper portion of the Dispenser is missing or broken. You will want to replace it. Good luck with your repair!

It appears that I am only getting about 4-5 loads of laundry before my yellow "low detergent" light is displayed and my detergent dispenser is close to empty. I have not changed my concentration settings, which are still set at 2x. Do you know what would be causing this issue and what part I would need? (Entire Dispenser assembly, actuator, sensor, flow valve?)
For model number WFW92HEFW0
Hello Rich, thank you for asking! From the description of the problem, it looks like the dispenser actuator switch (part number: PS11753574) is defective. It is the part that triggers the detergent release into the tub. Replacing this part mostly solves the issue. We hope this helps, please feel free to contact customer service for assistance regarding purchase or repair. Thank you.
Water is leaking out back side of the dispenser by the plastic clip/clamp that holds the dispenser lid on. Seems to be leaking out between the lid and base of the dispenser. Potentially, just pull out and clean? Or order top and bottom of dispenser?
For model number wfw92hefw0
Hello Mark, thank you for your question. Most likely, the drawer and hoses just need to be cleaned. Alot of time with these units the drawer will get clogged with soap residue and the water can't drain as quickly causing the leak. If there are any cracked or broken pieces when you're cleaning the unit, you will want to replace the corresponding parts. I hope this helps!

Water is getting into the soap tank. How do i fix this issue? Thanks
sam
For model number MHW8200FW0
Hello Sam, thank you for your question. There should be water going into the dispenser that holds the soap to rinse the soap into the unit. If there is too much water, or standing water when you open the dispenser after a cycle, the dispenser drawer and cups, and inlet and outlet tubes should be cleaned. If the issue persists, the flow meter might have failed. I hope this helps.

Load and go detergent dispenser is not delivering the detergent.
For model number WFW92HEFCO
Hi Albert,
Thank you for your question. If the detergent is not dispensing, it could be that not enough water is flowing through the dispenser. Check to make sure that the flow of water in the dispenser is sufficient enough to flush the detergent out. If it is, check the dispenser actuator switch and the detergent dispenser and see if one of these parts is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
