Hello Philip, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend cleaning the drain pan, part number PS11726379. Also, inspect the drain tubes and make sure there is no blockage. Please inspect the freezer for frost build-up and check the defrost timer, part number PS12585793, and defrost heater, part number PS10060305. Mostly when the water gets trapped for a long time, it will turn orange or yellowish due to bacterial growth. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
Periodically I have major ice build up and I also have water dripping under freezer. I saw your video on drain pan, I think I might try but why all the ice

Hi Michael, thank you for contacting us. First, you may need to make sure that the defrost drain is not clogged and that the water lines are not broken. We would also recommend checking the door gasket, part number PS11766436. If it is faulty, warm and humid air may enter the freezer combining with the cold air inside, which results in ice formation. We hope this information is useful!
