I'm getting an e68 code, sometimes it pops up voluntarily even when the dryer is off,and also when drying clothes it may show and shut down the dryer, and even if the dryer goes through the chosen cycle it does not get hot enough to totally dry the load.
For model number AQO6000ES2
Hello Ralph and thanks for writing.
According to our database, the model number you provided is just a portion of a model number with multiple possible variations. To ensure that we recommend parts that will work for your model, please check your information again; you will need to provide us with the full model and serial numbers located on the sticker on the unit itself.
Once we have that information, we would be happy to find the part you need.
If your dryer is a frigidaire model
The error code E68 is a stuck button error code. We recommend checking each button to make sure it loose in the plastic console. The button should rock side to side a little bit. If all the buttons are loose you can try to reset the unit control by unplugging the dryer for two minutes. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.
