I need a bearing for this model, I cannot find the correct part number and video to see how hard it is to replace. Can you help?
For model number WCVH6800J1WW
Hello Kathy,
Thanks for your question. The bearing is only included with the rear tub assembly, part number PS1021620. It will require disassembly of the washer, and unfortunately there is no video on how to replace this part online.
I hope this helps.

When the washer is finishing on spin cycle it smells like burnt rubber is this the belt or motor?
For model number WCVH6800J1MR
Hi Albert, thank you for your inquiry. We have found that the issue is with the drive belt, part number PS1020114. We would recommend replacing the belt to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
My machine acts normal except it will not spin and pauses during washing.I cleaned the pump filter to no avail.
do you think this is a belt or the motor?
thank you.
For model number WBVH5300K1WW
Hello Craig, usually when a washer will not spin it is due the belt being damaged or warn. I hope this helps.
