The unit's LCD only lights up blue. No numbers or commands appear on screen. If I push on the LCD panel where the 30-second express button would be, the microwave works and shuts off. The only issue seems to be LCD. Would this most likely be control panel replacement to solve?

Hello Tim,
Thanks for your question. The control board would be the most likely way to fix your issue; however, only a licensed technician should attempt to install or diagnose this part as your microwave can contain electrical charges even when the machine is unplugged.
I hope this helps.

Hello Tami and thank you for writing.
It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty line fuse PS239525 and/or a faulty door switch PS237421, you should check for signs of damage, and replace if necessary. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
