This is my door! Greece has accumulated between the inside grill/grate and the outer glass. Any solution other than replacing the entire door?
Thanks.

Hello Nancy, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, we are providing you with instructions that will help you clean the grease from the oven door glass.
1- Make a paste with baking soda and a few drops of water.
2- Spread the paste over the glass and allow it to work for at least 10 minutes.
3- Use a microfiber cloth or a non-abrasive sponge to gently scrub the glass.
4- Mix a solution of one part of distilled white vinegar and four parts of water.
5- Dip a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth in the solution and rinse away the baking soda paste.
6- Dry and buff the glass with a microfiber cloth to a streak-free shine.
We hope this helps!

Thank you for getting back to me regarding my microwave door. I am unable to clean the inside of the glass front due to the grate/grill that is on the inside. There is a space of about .25-.5 inches in-between. Thanks, Nancy

Hello Nancy, thank you for contacting us. You may need to disassemble the door completely in that case. Remove the door from the oven. Remove the cover on the door and unscrew the screws to remove the inner door cover. Remove the baffle to access the inner side of the door. We hope this helps.

Can you direct me to an instructional video on how to remove the door on this KitchenAid microwave
For model number KMHS120ESS2
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your inquiry. The removal of your microwave door is fairly simple. It is the same for across most microwaves. First disconnect power to your appliance. To get at the pins that are holding in your microwave door at the hinges, you will have to remove your vent grille. The vent grill is usually held on by two screws. Generally you can get at those two screws from the top. Once you have the vent grill removed the pin that is holding in your microwave door should be visible. Using an allen key, you can unscrew that pin and then safely remove your microwave door. I hope this helps. Good luck with your repair.
