There is ice forming at the top of the freezer. Is this most likely the door gasket? The gasket seal does not appear to be damaged in any way. Thanks.
For model number ZIFS36NMCLH
Hello Robert, thank you for inquiring. It is most likely due to a faulty Defrost Timer part number PS310869 for your model. You may also want to consider the Defrost Thermostat part number PS303442. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair!

Is there an instructional video on how to replace the door gasket, or detailed instructions?
For model number Zirs36nmcrh
Hi Chris, thank you for reaching out. Here are some general instructions that will help you replace the door gasket. First, soak any deformed sections of the gasket in hot water. Remove the old gasket and clean any debris around the door channel. Then, install the new gasket into the door channel, starting from the top, and check to see if it is seated evenly. If any gap is present, use a hair dryer on low settings to soften the gasket to improve the seal. We hope this information is useful!

The fridge is staying around 47 degrees . I know the bottom right part of the seal is bad and there is
water under the vegetable drawer on that side, . so if I replace the seal what else could be causing the high temperature?
For model number Zirs360nxarh
Hi Bryce, thank you for your inquiry. If replacing the door gasket, part number PS10059624, does not solve your problem. We would recommend checking the condenser fan motor, part number PS1483567. The fan keeps the compressor cool, so it is not overworking and causing it to heat up and affect the temperature in the appliance. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
