Not sure if this is the problem. The "welcome" screen does not stay on. It flashes goes off so dryer won't start. I am not getting an error message either. Door lock seems to be working ok. Thanks

Hello Jenn, thank you for contacting us. It may be a something like a loose connection, if you can take the panel off and inspect it. If everything looks good it could be a faulty panel or control board. If you are unsure you may need to have someone test it to determine which part is at fault. Hope this helps!

When we turn the chrome control knob it does not adjust the settings in the dryer. We then need to keep turning the knob until the appropriate type of drying cycle is attained.

Hello Gregory, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Thermal Fuse part PS4704883, the Thermal Fuse part PS7783961, or the Motor part PS12579104. This Electronic Control Board part PS10057456 is the correct replacement for your model, but is not indicated as a likely fix to this symptom. We hope this helps.
