Hello Gerald, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Belt PartSelect Number PS11747978 for wear or damage. Hope this helps!
Hi Leonad, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the washer control board, part number PS10062753. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
My washer is not running cycles. For example when you start a wash it flashes for 4 minutes then stop and open the lid. You then have to press the start button again for it to fill up. Then it opens the lid again. After pressing start again it runs for about 12 minutes then stop again this goes on after every cycle until the wash is completed.
Any recommendations?

Hello Monica, thank you for contacting us. A faulty lid latch switch, part number PS3497627, could interrupt the operation of the washer from advancing in the cycle. A faulty water inlet valve could cause this as the washer is not able to fill with water and the cycle is ending. Check your water inlet valve part number PS11753661, and valve, part number PS11754670 to see if they are working or if there are any obstructions in them. If they are good, you may need to replace your control board, part number PS10062753. We hope this solves your problem!
