Hi Rene, thank you for contacting us. We have found that your model does not come with the defrost timer. You may need to check the electronic control board, part number PS16217969. The control board manages the functions of the refrigerator such as cooling and defrosting times. It is located at the right back of your refrigerator. We hope this information is useful!

If your ice maker arm is sticking, you can use a hair dryer and thaw out the ice maker to make sure it is clear and not jammed by ice in the head or anything like that. Other than that, the ice maker, part number PS12584610, would just need to be replaced. Good luck with your repair!
Hi Donald, thank you for the question. Based on our research, to install the shelves, you just have to slide the shelf frames into the side rails inside the refrigerator until they are in place. After the shelf frames are in position, insert the glass. We hope this helps!
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.

... Read moregure out even though it was shown in the diagram). Also, be sure to keep the ice crusher parts in order and be sure the white plastic tab on the crusher fits into a depression in the housing. I did not notice this and had to take it all apart and redo the install. It works great!!!
